INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe banana, cut into slices
- 1 mango cut into cubes
- ½ pineapple cut into cubes
- 4 oz vanilla yogurt
- 8 oz of milk
- 2 tbsp. Martin Picard maple condensed milk
PREPARATION:
- Remove the skin of the mango and cut the flesh into cubes.
- Put in a blender with banana and pineapple.
- Add the milk, the yogurt and the condensed milk.
- Blend at maximum speed for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is foamy.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately,
- You can also make ice lollies with this mixture. Simply pour the mixture into your favorite popsicle molds!
