INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ripe banana, cut into slices
  • 1 mango cut into cubes
  • ½ pineapple cut into cubes
  • 4 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 8 oz of milk
  • 2 tbsp. Martin Picard maple condensed milk

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove the skin of the mango and cut the flesh into cubes. 
  2. Put in a blender with banana and pineapple. 
  3. Add the milk, the yogurt and the condensed milk.
  4.  Blend at maximum speed for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is foamy. 
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately,
  6. You can also make ice lollies with this mixture. Simply pour the mixture into your favorite popsicle molds!
