  1. Halve the cherry tomatoes and season with salt.
  2. Place the arugula on a serving dish
  3. Add  the tomatoes and  place the burrata on top. 
  4. Sprinkle with basil (optional).
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Serve with bruschetta drizzled with olive oil and salt.
