- 500g diced cantaloupe
- 250g pre-cooked chickpeas
- 250g diced bocconcini mozzarella
- 2 tablespoons minced basil
- 2 tablespoons minced chives

PREPARATION:
- In a large salad bowl, prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, salt, pepper, lime zest, and lime juice.
- Add the diced cantaloupe, pre-cooked chickpeas, diced bocconcini, minced basil, and minced chives. Mix everything well.
- Place the salad in the refrigerator and let it chill for 15 minutes before serving.
