INGREDIENTS:
- 2 whites eggs
- 2 yolks
- 200gr of fresh ricotta
- 4 teaspoon powdered sugar
- ½ cup of cream 35%
- 2 teaspoon Rum
- Small berries
- Biscuits Amaretti
PREPARATION:
- Beat the white eggs
- In a bowl, combine yolk eggs, ricotta, powdered sugar and rum and mix well.
- Once the mixture is smooth, add the white eggs and fold gently.
- Whip cream
- Fold the whipped cream gently in the ricotta mixture.
- Put in glasses, add berries and crumble pieces of amaretti biscuit on top.
