INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 whites eggs
  • 2 yolks
  • 200gr of fresh ricotta
  • 4 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • ½ cup of cream 35%
  • 2 teaspoon Rum
  • Small berries
  • Biscuits Amaretti

PREPARATION:

  1. Beat the white eggs
  2. In a bowl, combine yolk eggs, ricotta, powdered sugar and rum and mix well.
  3. Once the mixture is smooth, add the white eggs and fold gently.
  4. Whip cream
  5. Fold the whipped cream gently in the ricotta mixture.
  6. Put in glasses, add berries and crumble pieces of amaretti biscuit on top.
