CLASSIC PIZZELLE
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of Stefano’s olive oil
- 2 tbsp of aniseed
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 ½ cups of sugar
- A pinch of salt
CHOCOLATE PIZZELLE
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of Stefano’s olive oil
- ½ cup Valrhona cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp. baking powder
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 ½ cups of sugar
- A pinch of salt
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl, sift together flour and baking powder. Set aside
- In another bowl, beat remaining ingredients together until smooth.
- (Use the hand of your stand mixer or an egg beater)
- Add flour to wet ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Using 2 spoons, drop 1 tbsp of mixture in the center. Bake according to your pizza maker’s instructions.
