Ingrédients:
- 2 slices white bread
- 60 ml milk
- 250 g ground pork
- 250 g ground veal
- 150 g Stefano fennel sausages
- 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper
- 00 flour
- 4 to 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 500 ml beer
Preparation:
- Soak bread in milk
- In a large bowl, add meat, sausage, well-wrung bread, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and prepare meatballs. You’ll get about 16 meatballs.
- Place the flour in a dish and flour the meatballs.
- Heat the olive oil in a large 28 cm granite frying pan and add the rosemary sprigs.
- Add meatballs and cook until golden, deglaze with beer and continue cooking until evaporated.
- Serve with grilled vegetables or salad.
