Description

A vertical cast mill including a meat chopping disc (6 mm) and a vice for attaching the unit to your working surface during use.

You will find spare discs in our store, with various-sized holes as well as funnels/cornets needed to make sausages.

Maintenance:

• Do not wash in the dishwasher
• Wash by hand using hot water and a little bit of soap
• Let the pieces dry thoroughly
• Oil the grinder plate and the replacement knife with olive oil or vegetable oil before storing your machine.
