Description
- Oven safe thermometer
- 120 to 200F / 50 to 100C
- 1. Insert stem halfway into meat or poultry, making sure it is not inserted into a fat or stuffing deposit
- 2. Slide target mark to desired temperature
- 3. This thermometer can be recalibrated. Use the BOIL TEST to check the accuracy
- Note: Clean the thermometer stem before each use
