This sugar bowl is one of the first projects in the vast and successful collection of items designed for Alessi by American designer and architect Michael Graves. Graves’ highly personal visual code manifests itself here in a series of influences ranging from Art Deco and Pop Art to the language of cartoons. Thanks to this incredible approach to design, the items in this collection have become internationally recognized design icons of the 1980s and 1990s.
