Ingrédients

1 jar of mascarpone 500gr

5 egg yolks

5 egg whites

7 tbsp. sugar or maple syrup

 

Préparation

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar (pale yellow)
  2. Add mascarpone and mix well
  3. Beat egg whites until stiff
  4. Fold the egg whites into the mascarpone mixture with a spatula
