Ingrédients: 

  • 2 slices white bread
  •  60 ml milk
  • 250 g ground pork
  • 250 g ground veal
  • 150 g Stefano fennel sausages
  • 60 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 00 flour
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 500 ml beer

Preparation:

  1. Soak bread in milk
  2. In a large bowl, add meat, sausage, well-wrung bread, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix well and prepare meatballs. You’ll get about 16 meatballs.
  4. Place the flour in a dish and flour the meatballs.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a large 28 cm granite frying pan and add the rosemary sprigs.
  6. Add meatballs and cook until golden, deglaze with beer and continue cooking until evaporated.
  7. Serve with grilled vegetables or salad.
