The Vinegar Pot is made from a glass-based glaze, resistant to the vinegar’s acidity. A removable lid allows to easily reach the ‘vinegar mother’ if necessary, add more wine, and to clean the Pot either by hand or in the dishwasher.
The Pot can also be used as a kombucha brewing jar.
The wooden tap inserted into the cork ensures that the pot is perfectly sealed, while allowing an accurate dosing. A small dish is included to catch any stray drops. A care&use booklet included in the box provides tips and recipes.
