- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 whole Garofalo burrata 125gr (available at Milano)
- Basil leaves
- 2 cups of arugula
- Stefano extra vergin olive oil
- Salt
PREPARATION:
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and season with salt.
- Place the arugula on a serving dish
- Add the tomatoes and place the burrata on top.
- Sprinkle with basil (optional).
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with bruschetta drizzled with olive oil and salt.
